What kinds of payment do you accept?
PayPal (PayPal.com) is used for payment. PayPal is the safest and fastest way to send and receive payment online. You don’t even need a PayPal account to pay the invoice – just a credit card, debit card or bank account. An invoice will be sent to your email, and once the invoice is paid, we’ll begin working on your document.
Do you guarantee I’ll ace the interview or get into that college?
No and no. Our services are intended to help customers see their ideas from a different perspective and improve their writing, which is a process. It is our job to help customers make their writing the best it can possibly be by making it effectively communicate the desired message. However, your success or failure ultimately depends on your own effort and how you work with our editing changes and comments and suggestions for improvement. While we may rewrite small portions of your document, we work with the intent of maintaining your writing voice and style.
How do I use Microsoft Word’s Track Changes tool?
A Google search will yield a few different demonstrations of how to use Track Changes for Word 2003, 2007 and 2010. However, we are happy to walk our customers through the process over the phone, step by step, so they feel completely comfortable with using the tool. Reviewing my insertions, deletions, comments and suggestions is crucial to improving your document, so please don’t hesitate to ask for a free Track Changes consultation.
What if I’m not interested in your comments and suggestions that are included in the Editing service and Book Editing service?
